Wondering what APEC means for Canada? As a founding member of APEC, the forum provides Canada with an opportunity to further strengthen trade and economic ties with some of the Asia-Pacific region’s most dynamic economies. APEC also serves as a platform to share best practices on trade, economic integration, and structural reform with key partners.

We aren’t snowbirds if we are seeking snow, right?
Admit it, some of you are already pining for a winter nordic escape in “the Soo,” a heart-stopping heli-ski trip to Northern BC, or making snow angels with your nieces and nephews when you visit family in Winnipeg, but we promise you can find some snow closer by, in the Lake Tahoe area. The region boasts 14 ski areas, and if you don’t have the gear or the skills, try your foot at snowshoeing.
For those of you who do find yourself in transit through SFO this winter – heading for snow or sun – you might want to see about accessing the new Maple Leaf Lounge which was just opened this past summer.
Happy Holidays!
Thank you for your spirited engagement in our Canadian Community in 2023. We are working on a fun filled programing calendar for next year and look forward to seeing you out and about in the Bay Area.
Check out our January sports events below, and on our website, they make special Christmas presents!
Stay safe as you travel near or far. We wish you a very Happy and Healthy New Year.
Warm wishes from your friends at The Digital Moose Lounge:
