And that’s a wrap! June was a busy, fun-filled month for the DML kicking off with a Bay FC win over the Portland Thorns where we saw the talent of two Team Canada soccer stars on display. And then our favourite..the prepping for and hosting of the annual Canada Day Picnic where approximately 230 of us ate, drank and played on a beautiful afternoon in San Mateo.* Finally, we joined our friends from the Canadian Consulate, SF to show support at the infamous San Francisco Pride Parade.
But wait…there’s more! Take a look below for important (Terry Fox Run) and hilarious (Kim’s Convenience) events (and more) coming soon. We hope to see you there!!
* If you have some pictures from the picnic you’d like to share with us, please send to siva@digitalmooselounge.com.

This hilarious and heartwarming award-winning comedy drama about a Korean family-run corner store that inspired the popular Netflix hit is a feel-good ode to generations of immigrants who have made Canada the country that it is today.
“Extraordinary… a timeless, beautiful and heartfelt ode to the immigrant experience”
—Toronto Star
