Branches to fly flags at half-mast Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The Royal Canadian Legion asks that all Legion Branches fly the Canadian flag and Legion flags at half-mast until sunset on the day of the funeral (to be announced). More detailed instructions on protocols during this time of national mourning will be released in the coming days.
