Liberty School District and Liberty Elementary School are located adjacent to Liberty Cemetery in Petaluma, which the Royal Canadian Legion US Branch #25 helps to maintain. Earlier today the branch once again distributed poppies at the school’s annual Veterans Day assembly.
We were lucky to have Branch Piper, Charlie Martin, in attendance and he piped the children into the hall.

This year saw the return of Liberty’s annual Veterans Day assembly, and the branch was there yesterday at the event to distribute poppies once again.
