On the eve of the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Water Tiger, and now one month into 2022, Canadians in the Bay Area should be ready to roar about some of the fun things planned by the DML this coming year.
We MIGHT (most definitely) have booked Canada Day already, and it MIGHT (most definitely) be a throwback for some of you, and it WILL FOR SURE (as long as pandemic protocols permit) be in person… save-the-date info below!
But first, join the DML’s heartwarming Valentine’s happy hour coming up in less than two weeks, just before cupid springs into action.
February’s full hearts means heading to the Oilers (FEB 14th) or the Canucks (FEB 17th) on Sharks ice. For full bellies and fans of Montreal smoked meat sandwiches, there’s Augies on the Club Level behind section 115 at all Sharks games..
Speaking of ice, SF BAY Area Curling is making some of their own ice, after a long wait! Keep up to date on opening dates etc. on their Facebook page.
2021 is already in the rearview mirror, but in case you missed it during the tumultuous transition amidst the holidays and Omicron, the DML’s New Year’s message from Chairmoose, Sarah Price, is still warming our Canadian Californian hearts.
GO CANADA GO!
We wish Team Canada’s 215 athletes good luck in the upcoming Winter Olympics
