NOVEMBER 2022: HOME

Each year, our staff and volunteers pack books, games, snacks, and much more into care packages for some of the thousands of military men and women are serving far away from home. They endure long separations from their families, deployed overseas under stressful and dangerous conditions. This small reminder of home can boost the morale of a Marine, soldier, sailor, airman, or coastguardsman during the holiday months.

We know that care packages can’t replace a warm hug from a loved one, but they CAN show service members we appreciate the sacrifices they make to protect our Nation. In recognition of Veterans Day this month, why not donate to deliver a care package in honor of a Veteran who is special to you.

It’s our grandest event of the year, the Marines’ Memorial’s 76th celebration of the US Marine Corps Birthday! Get ready to salute the Corps with our Guest of Honor, General Eric Smith, 36th Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps.

HO HO HO! IT’S THE HOLLY JOLLY HOLIDAY PARTY!

The fun begins at 9:30am on Saturday 17 December! Join fellow Marines’ Memorial families and our friends from the 23rd Marines for food, fun crafts for the kids, a raffle with great prizes, and a visit from Santa. The top raffle prize is a 2-night stay at the Marines’ Memorial Club & Hotel. Bring a toy to donate to Toys 4 Tots and you’ll get a free raffle ticket!

RING IN 2023 AT YOUR CLUB!

Whether you’re an early bird or a party owl, we have a celebration for you! Drinks, hors d’oeuvres, a 3-course dinner, DJ music & favors are included in both packages.

The Sunset Celebration ($99 pp) begins at 4:30pm and ends at 7:30pm. Celebrating the New Year ($149 pp) begins at 9:00pm and ends at 1:00am, with a champagne toast and sweets at midnight.
