Last week was Mental Health Awareness week; a week that is extremely important to all of us at RBLI. Many of the veterans we strive to support continue to battle mental health issues, including PTSD, and we will continue to do everything we can to help them through the difficulties they face after leaving the Armed Forces. James has been an incredible inspiration to so many still suffering the effects of PTSD, taking on the mammoth challenge of running 10k every day during the month of March to raise awareness for those still in need of support.

Not only has he raised awareness by completing his challenge, but he has also raised almost £1,000 for RBLI’s Mountbatten Pavilion; a place close to his heart and where he previously spent a lot of his time. We were delighted to present him with his very own special edition James’ Journey Tommy in commemoration of his fantastic achievement.
