From October 27 until Remembrance Day, millions of Canadians will wear a poppy to show their support for our Veterans, and honour those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom.
While poppies are given out freely to anyone who wants one, any donations to the Poppy Fund support Canada’s Veterans and their families.
In order to make this show of support happen, we rely on Legionnaires to help distribute poppies in cities and towns across the country. Contact your local Branch today to volunteer for the Poppy Campaign and make a difference for Canada’s Veterans!
Thank you for supporting our athletes
We owe a huge thank you to all our Branches and Legionnaires for all their hard work helping make the Invictus Games National Flag Tour and the Games themselves such a huge success! Check out the cross-Canada photo gallery to see the impact the Games had thanks to our members.
Overcoming all obstacles

Rolling out the red carpet
Invictus Games athletes deserve the VIP treatment, and they got it! We spoke with two Officers from the Toronto Police/OPP Motor Unit who were honoured to escort the athletes to and from their competitions in style.
The event of a century
Fans across Canada headed to Toronto to support the athletes in the 2017 Invictus Games, including 101-year-old Veteran & Legionnaire Norm Baker. Get Norm’s take on this exciting athletic event, and hear his unexpected Invictus experience.
Honour your loved ones
Pay tribute to your friends and relatives who have served Canada by submitting a photograph for the Legion’s Virtual Wall of Honour and Remembrance. The photos will be displayed prior to the National Remembrance Day ceremony on November 11.
The updated Poppy Store is now live
The new Poppy Store is now online! Now it’s easier than ever to find the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one. All proceeds from the Poppy Store help the Legion honour, support and advocate for Canada’s Veterans.
Our partners at MBNA are giving Legion members the chance to make a difference with their everyday purchases with the Legion Platinum Plus Mastercard. Over nearly two decades, MBNA has helped the Legion raise over $1.5 million in proceeds.
