One of the longtime members of the International Western USA Zone sent me a copy of this Canadian Legion of the British Empire Service League – Constitution from 1931.

One of the interesting things was that on the first page there was an insert stapled that began “The preamble to the By-Laws and Regulations of the California State Command…”  The remainder of the booklet is the standard Dominion Constitution.
