Program: Our speaker will be Colonel Fred Rutledge, President of the Royal Canadian Legion, San Francisco Branch 25 and a member of the branch for over 35 years.
He is a fourth generation native Californian. He retired from the Army Reserve as a Lieutenant-Colonel in 2007 with over 27 years of service and promptoly joined the California State Military Reserve and the California Center for Military History.
