Covid-19, US Immigration & Travel Restrictions for Bay Area Canadians

Join the DML and leading local US immigration attorneys as we discuss pressing issues and questions facing Bay Area Canadians.

We are fielding questions in the following 3 areas:

1. Family sponsorship (marriage based applications) & Citizenship

  • Processing times
  • Filing a marriage-based green card application during Covid-19

2. Permanent Resident applications:

  • How has Covid-19 impacted applications?
  • What happens if you are laid off?

3. Temporary Resident Visas/Work Permits

  • Where can you renew or obtain a work permit (TN/L-1)?
  • What if the application is denied at the port of entry?
  • What if you lose your job or are furloughed?

Our event is free, but you can choose to make a donation to the Second Harvest Food Bank when you register. #canadiansdoinggood
