On Wednesday 22 June at 6pm we will be hosting Col Tom Gordon, USMC (Ret), the author of Marine Maxims, a collection of fifty principle-based leadership lessons that he acquired commanding Marines over a 30-year career. These maxims focus on character, moral courage, and the resilience and provide future leaders with a great source of inspiration to hone their leadership skills.

Col Thomas J. Gordon, USMC (Ret.), is a career Marine with thirty years of executive leadership experience commanding diverse organizations in the most demanding environments. Now retired from military service, Colonel Gordon continues to develop leaders as the Commandant at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
